How long will it take to receive my order? +

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order for US mainland addresses.

Outside US mainland: It may take slightly longer for Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations.

European countries: Up to 30 days for delivery.

When will my order be processed? +

Your payment is processed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Your order is fulfilled within 2-3 business days after payment processing.

Note: For high-demand items, processing may take 2-4 weeks due to reproduction and restocking.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a dispatch notification when your order ships (check your spam folder!)

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages? +

Due to our large inventory across multiple warehouse locations, items may be shipped in separate packages.

This is completely normal and allows us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Good news: There are NO additional shipping charges for multiple packages!

Will I receive tracking information? +

Yes! We will send tracking numbers to your email address when we receive them from our carriers.

In most cases, tracking will be available.

Important: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the tracking email in your inbox.

Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience!

Can I cancel or change my order? +

Cancellations or changes are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, we are unable to cancel or make changes as your order has likely already been processed and shipped.

What if my order takes longer than expected? +

Shipping times are estimates and occasionally delays occur due to:

  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Holiday periods
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand for specific items
  • Carrier delays

If it has been more than 45 days, please contact us at support@valoria.com so we can investigate.

⚠️ Important: We do not offer refunds based solely on shipping times, as all shipping information is clearly provided on the product page and this shipping information page.

What if I don't want to keep the item after I receive it? +

If you receive your order and decide you don't want to keep it, you can return it for a refund.

However, please note that we cannot offer refunds based on shipping times alone, as our delivery timeframes are clearly stated before purchase.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

Delivery times:

  • US mainland: 2-4 weeks
  • Hawaii, Alaska, US territories: Slightly longer
  • Canada: 2-4 weeks
  • Europe: Up to 30 days
  • Other international: 2-4 weeks (may vary)

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

What shipping carriers do you use? +

We work with multiple trusted shipping carriers including:

The carrier used depends on your location and the warehouse fulfilling your order. You'll receive carrier information in your tracking email.
